Every mailer is designed to feel personal and magical. Children receive a friendly letter from Biscuit, addressed just to them, along with fun coloring and creative activities. Then it's their turn to write a reply, decorate their postcard, and send it back to Biscuit.
More than just a coloring activity, it's a meaningful way for kids to feel seen, encouraged, and connected through the joy of handwritten letters.

Shipping Schedule
Envelopes are mailed once a month on the 15th.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Future shipments will be stopped right away and you’ll only be charged for the months you’ve already received.
Because each envelope is custom-prepared and mailed, we are unable to offer refunds on shipments that have already been sent. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What age is this for?
Most kids ages 4–10 enjoy these, but anyone who loves to color will have fun with them.
When will I receive my first envelope?
We mail all club envelopes on the 15th of each month. Sign up before the 15th to get that month’s mail. Sign-ups after the 15th begin the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Just email us and we’ll cancel future shipments right away. No hassle.
Do you offer refunds?
We can’t refund envelopes that have already been mailed, but if something arrives damaged or missing, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. You’ll receive a new envelope each month until you cancel.
Christmas and Halloween?
If you would rather have a cozy Winter theme or Fall Harvest instead, just let us know and we’ll customize that month’s packet for you!
What if I only want one month?
You can cancel after your first month with no problem.
